We're Active Meltdown, a small indie studio. There are two of us, and we make bright, chunky games for PC and for Roblox.
Most of them are friendslop: online co-op that gets a hundred times better with friends, where the best stories come from things going wrong. If you've screamed at a friend in R.E.P.O., PEAK, Lethal Company or R.V. There Yet?, you know the feeling we're after.
What we're making
Boulder Heads! is our first PC game, and it's in development. You and up to three friends work for the cheapest moving company in the mountains, and the customer is a giant, talking boulder head that wants to go home, all the way up at the summit. There are no checkpoints on the slopes. Read about it.
We have games on Roblox in the works too. Two of them have names now, and both are still locked in the lab. See them all.
Where to find us
Our Discord server is open, and announcements, devlogs and playtests show up there first. This website is new too. There's a big red button on the home page. We'd prefer you didn't press it.
